All our buildings are hand made and can be made to your personal requirements.

The oak frame

This is made up of posts and beams, and tie beams, each with braces which are all

morticed and tennoned and held together with oak tree pegs in the traditional manner.the rest is built in softwood to complete the building.

In addition a sole plate can be added with oak studs which would complete a building that is going to be used as a living space, like a garden room or extension.

In the roof, oak principle rafters and perlins can be used, this can be in filled with common oak rafters with the plasterboard on the roof side or soft wood where the plasterboard is put on the room side to hide the rafters

Glass can be added to the frame, this is built in when the frame is made, we use toughen softcoat, argon filled glass, again the size can be made to suit the build
